Tell us a little about yourself and what got you on the path to CrossFit… I realized I wasn’t doing very well keeping up with exercising on my own so I decided to look for something group-oriented to help with motivation. What keeps you coming back each day? The coaches, the other members and the fact that I feel like I’m getting a little healthier and stronger each week. What is your favorite at-home exercise to do? Anything on my cable crossover machine if I could just get
