Enjoy a Private Class at our Facility on James Island just 4.5 miles from Folly Beach and 7.5 miles from Downtown Charleston or we can meet you at any of the local Charleston beaches!
Either perform a wod chosen by the bride/groom or we can help you decide on something together. Our coach will lead the group through a proper warm-up, mobility work, workout, and cool-down. We will also provide pictures of your experience to share this moment with family and friends.
Some of you party doesn't do Crossfit? No problem. Our coaches are very experienced at dealing with newbies and we will scale appropriately so they aren't hobbling around during the ceremony. Unless that's what you want ;)

Popular choice for the Charleston Beach Experience.
Don't want to travel but still want a workout. Don't worry we will come to you! We will supply the necessary equipment or keep it to body weight in nature. Our coach will arrive at the closest beach access and provide you and your party with a group warm-up, dynamic mobility work, WOD, and cool down. We will also provide pictures of the experience, Ice Cold Towels, and Ice Cold Drinking Waters.
