We consider nutrition to be equally as important to working out. CrossFit James Island provides a complete health and fitness program from the very start. We will create individualized plans to help you achieve your goals inside and outside the gym!

Sit down with us and tell us your goals. Whether it's to add lean muscle, trim some fat for the beach, or just have a better foundation and relationship with food. Talk to us about your major setbacks or obstacles getting in your way. We will come up with an individual plan that is right for you based on personal factors such as weight, age, activity level, lifestyle, etc.
