Tell us a little about yourself and what got you on the path to Crossfit and Nutrition over the last few years? I’ve always been active, playing softball and swimming as a child, running in my 20’s, tennis, hiking and step classes with 8 pound weights into my 50’s. Then my son said I should start using 15 pound weights and by the way he wanted to start a CrossFit box and what did I think? We looked for a place to rent and then luckily found a martial arts studio space to buy.
