No interruptions, no distractions, just us working with you to achieve results. Our staff has coaching experience working with people needing many different forms of fitness and personal training. We've trained middle school/high school/ D1 college athletes, Olympic weightlifters, gymnasts, military elite, and grandmothers who just want to play with their grand-kids. If you need more personal attention or are concerned with jumping into a faster paced group class than this is your best bet at getting in shape. This provides clients with the ultimate combination of strength training/high intensity exercise and the flexibility/stability that will allow you to live as healthy as possible for as long as possible. We believe that this combination of programs will be instrumental in developing dynamic athletes, balanced bodies, and more complete humans. The backbone of the program is traditional CrossFit workouts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. Regardless of age, experience and fitness level, any individual can participate in CrossFit because the workouts are scaled to a person’s individual abilities.

CrossFit Kids is where the rubber meets the road for developing your child's positive relationship between health and exercise. We load up on games and activities that promote and reward positive social behavior, increase body awareness, raise self confidence, reduce the likelihood of injury in sport, and we have a great time doing it! Your kid's will enjoy 45 minutes of play and come home exhausted and excited for the next session! Schedule today to have them try it out!
