30 Clean and Jerks for Time (135/95)
Happy Monday CFJI Crew!
We will be kicking the next week off with the leaderboard wod Grace. We completed this workout back in January and now it's time to retest and see how our shorter duration WODS are progressing.
Hopefully all of the athletes that came to the Torres Weightlifting seminar this past weekend are ready to put there new skills to the test!
Grace is meant to be a true sprint and the fastest athletes can complete this in less than two minutes. Tomorrow make sure to push your redline and really test yourself mentally and physically!
