Happy Memorial Day! 

Gym will open and athletes should begin arriving at 8:30 tomorrow. Athletes  will be starting the workout at 9:15am as this hero wod can take over an hour. Drink plenty of water and get a full dinner in tonight. We will discuss scaling this workout tomorrow at 9am. While this workout is named in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, we will be honoring all of our fallen soldiers tomorrow. Let's crush this workout in honor of those men and women who have given their lives so we can enjoy our freedom!
