Pullup skill work- I know this one has been on several athlete's goal list for this upcoming year. Time to practice! We will show progressions for both kipping and butterfly pullups.
WOD- We will be adding in some BMU's with this new cycle and we are working in some of my favorite movements with evil wheels and jerks. Split or Push will be fine for the jerks.
