Clapping Push Ups
It's been a minute since we've had a good circuit style workout and an even longer time since we've had hammer swings. Be ready to crush your weekly back squats and hit this workout hard tomorrow to get ready for a big Thanksgiving feast! We've got some added recovery in the mix this go around so make sure to push yourself during each 1 minute interval. Don't be soft!
We will be closed on Thursday so those of you who typically come Monday and Tuesday and rest Wednesday may want to consider coming in on Wednesday this week.
