KB Step Ups (55/35) (24/20)
Slamball Situps (20/15)
On Thursday, we will continue with our Muscle Up progressions and work on finding stability in the bottom of the rings. For your mobility, look to grab a softball and loosen up the shoulders and chest tonight. Lay flat on the ground and roll on the softball concentrating on the area above the armpit where your shoulder and chest meet. If you don't have a softball, you can attempt with a baseball or lacrosse ball.
Tomorrow's WOD will be a station wod with no rest programmed. Goal for Thursday's WOD is to move quickly from station to station and try to minimize rest while keeping intensity level high. Try to keep rep count within 5 reps each round. Your score will be total reps!
Don't forget our July 4th Band of Brothers WOD this Saturday! We will be opening at 6 with the WOD starting at 6:30! Wear your Red, White, and Blue and let's start this July 4th off with a Bang!
