Tell us a little about yourself and what got you on the path to CrossFit…What keeps you coming back each day?
I was coming out of a rough season of life and knew I needed to start getting healthy and have a better routine to reach some goals that I have. I’ve always wanted to try CrossFit and this was the perfect opportunity to go all in. I couldn’t have found a better place
What is your favorite at-home exercise to do?
If you had to do 100 reps of one movement (not running), what would it be?
Shoulder press or air squats
What are 1-2 of your goals for 2021? Have you accomplished any of these?
Become a firefighter (I am in the final stages for two departments in the Charleston area)
Drop weight close to 300lbs (currently at 330lbs)
Squat clean & Split Jerk combination
Least favorite Crossfit movement?
Wallballs, I came in thinking I would love them…

If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
Travel back in time and be the drummer for Led Zeppelin
What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?
Break stupid rules.
