Q: I always thought it was great that you and your dad get to work out together, what’s your favorite part of working out with him?


A: I attempt to beat him, and it is very encouraging during a hard workout! And he drives me to the gym :)


Q:  What made you make initial decision to try out CFJI?


A: I loved burpees.


Q:  I know you’ve come to the gym a few times before school (to do Murph). How was school after a good workout?


A: I definitely was a lot less hyper, but I definitely snuck some food into my classes because I was so hungry!


Q: What do you like most about CFJI?


A: I get to beat my dad 


Q:  Favorite encouraging words you’ve heard at CFJI...


A: You're beating your dad!


Q: Favorite lift?


A: Deadlift


Q: Least Favorite lift?


A: Anything over head


Q: Number one thing you want to accomplish in the gym this year...


A: Kipping pull-ups


Q: What’s the most ridiculous fact you know?


A: My dad can still beat me in a few workouts.


Q: If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?


A: Still working on it. I've got 7 years of school until I have to figure it out.


Q: Biggest pet peeve.


A: When my dad beats me in a workout 


Q: What is one thing that’s really popular now, but in five years people will look back and be embarrassed?


A: Not cleaning the chalk off the bars


Q: Top thing on your bucket list…


A: Traveling


Q: What would you do with your 15 minutes of fame?


A: Tell the world that I can broad jump farther than my dad


Q: After a hard workout, what is your favorite meal?


A: My dad cooks steak and sweet potatoes!


Q: One thing about me people would be surprised to know?


A: I am a cleaner at the gym
