Anyone who is new to CrossFit will get the opportunity to start with a FREE class. The purpose of this session is to get to know you and your unique goals, to determine the best path to success, and to show you what the CrossFit James Island community is all about.
During your class you will receive:

An overview of our unique training methodology
A movement assessment
A dynamic warm-up to get your heart pumping and primed to work out
A workout with one of our experienced coaches
Detailed introduction to the movements in the workout
